We started K-Uncle because Bangkok didn't have a real Korean restaurant that Muslim diners could trust. The Korean ones weren't halal. The halal ones weren't really Korean.
So we built it ourselves — Korean-trained chefs, halal-only kitchens, Makan certification, and a menu that tastes like Seoul. From the gochujang glaze on our fried chicken to the kimchi we ferment in-house, every step is halal-compliant and Korean-authentic. No compromise on either side.
