เรื่องราวของ Kuncleleaw เริ่มต้นจากความตั้งใจง่าย ๆ ของกลุ่มเพื่อนที่รักการกินอาหารเกาหลี
แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็อยากให้คนมุสลิมสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับอาหารเกาหลีแท้ ๆ ได้อย่างมั่นใจ
เพราะในตอนนั้น ร้านอาหารเกาหลีที่ “ฮาลาลจริง ๆ” หาได้ยากมากในกรุงเทพฯ
พวกเราจึงเริ่มต้นสร้างร้านเล็ก ๆ ที่ใช้วัตถุดิบฮาลาล 100% ทุกจานปรุงสดโดยเชฟผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากเกาหลีใต้ที่เข้าใจทั้งรสชาติและวัฒนธรรมของอาหารเกาหลีอย่างแท้จริง
และนี่คือจุดกำเนิดของ “Kuncleleaw Korean Halal Restaurant”
The story of Kuncleleaw began with a simple dream shared by a group of friends who love Korean food.
At the same time, they wanted to make sure that Muslims could enjoy authentic Korean cuisine with confidence,
since truly Halal Korean restaurants were very hard to find in Bangkok at the time.
So, they decided to create a small restaurant that uses 100% Halal ingredients,
with every dish freshly prepared by a Korean chef who truly understands both the flavor and culture of Korean cuisine.
And that was the beginning of “Kuncleleaw Korean Halal Restaurant.”

นอกจากนี้ เรายังมีการอบรมพนักงานด้านการจัดการอาหารตามหลักฮาลาลอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทุกคำที่ลูกค้าทานปลอดภัย และได้คุณภาพดีที่สุดเสมอ
We place great importance on Halal principles in every step no alcohol, no pork, and no prohibited ingredients.
Every branch of Kuncleleaw is officially certified by the Central Islamic Committee of Thailand (CICOT).
In addition, our staff receive regular training in Halal food management,
ensuring that every bite our customers enjoy is always safe, clean, and of the highest quality.

Behind the delicious taste of Kuncleleaw is a team of chefs and staff who truly love Korean food.
Our chefs have been trained directly in South Korea, mastering authentic techniques for ramen, soups, and sauces.
Meanwhile, our service staff are trained to take care of every guest with warmth and respect just like welcoming a friend into their home.
Kuncleleaw ไม่ได้อยากเป็นแค่ร้านอาหารเกาหลีฮาลาล แต่เราต้องการเป็น “สะพานแห่งรสชาติ”
ที่เชื่อมวัฒนธรรมระหว่างไทย เกาหลี และชาวมุสลิมทั่วโลกเข้าด้วยกัน
เรามีแผนขยายสาขาในอนาคต และตั้งใจพัฒนาเมนูใหม่ ๆ ที่ยังคงเอกลักษณ์แบบ Kuncleleaw อร่อย ฮาลาล และเข้าถึงได้ทุกคน
At Kuncleleaw, we don’t just aim to be a Korean Halal restaurant we strive to become a “bridge of flavors”
that connects the cultures of Thailand, Korea, and Muslims around the world.
We plan to expand our branches in the future and continue developing new menu creations that stay true to the Kuncleleaw identity delicious, Halal, and made for everyone to enjoy.
